Google Business Profile & Local SEO

Get Your Business Set Up Right on Google Maps

When people nearby search for what you do, Google shows a map and a few businesses. I set up your Google listing properly, make your details match across the web, and give you a simple way to ask every customer for a review, all within Google's rules.

Sound Familiar?

Many people see your Google listing before they ever see your website. If it's thin or out of date, they call the next business on the map.

Your business doesn't come up when people look for it on Google Maps

Your Google listing is missing services and photos, or shows old hours

Your name, address or phone number is different on Yelp, Bing or Apple Maps

Reviews come in slowly because there's no easy way to ask for them

Reviews sit there without a reply

Companies keep calling to offer to "manage your Google listing" and you don't know who to trust

Two Ways I Can Help

Both are one-time jobs with a clear list of what's included, quoted before I start.

How It Works

All of it happens online, wherever you are. Google lets business owners add a manager to their listing, so you never share your password.

1

Free call

We look at your Google listing together, and I point out what’s missing (15–30 min).

2

You add me as a manager

A few clicks in your listing’s settings. You stay the owner the whole time.

3

I do the work

You approve the wording and photos before anything changes.

4

You see what changed

A summary of the changes, and for a full setup, a before-and-after map.

What I Won't Do

A lot of local SEO is sold with promises and shortcuts that put your listing at risk. Here's where I draw the line.

  • Promise a ranking. Google doesn't allow anyone to guarantee a position on the map, and I won't pretend otherwise.
  • Write, buy or fake reviews, or offer customers anything in exchange for one. Google removes those reviews and can restrict the listing.
  • Send only happy customers to Google. Every customer gets the same request.
  • Stuff keywords or town names into your business name. It’s one of the fastest ways to get a listing suspended.
  • Take ownership of your listing. It stays yours, and if we stop working together I remove my access.

Who It's For

Google only gives listings to businesses that meet customers in person, at your location or at theirs.

Dentists and medical practices
Attorneys
Med spas and salons
Restaurants and cafés
Fitness studios
Photographers
Home services
Movers, transport and other businesses that travel to customers

Work only online? Google's rules don't allow a listing for online-only businesses, so this isn't the right fit. Being found on Google and in AI answers is still very doable through your website. See SEO services.
