Dental Websites That Answer Patients' Questions First

Before new patients call, they want to know three things: do you take my insurance, do you do the treatment I need, and how do I book? I build dental sites that answer those questions clearly, so your front desk spends less time repeating them.

Is Your Website Sending Patients to the Phone?

Insurance and payment details are missing, so every new patient calls to ask

Your treatments share one crowded page, so people can't tell whether you do implants, aligners or emergencies

The only way to book is a phone call during office hours

The site looks dated, and patients wonder whether the practice does too

Your emergency number and address are hard to find on a phone

Google has little to go on because your pages have no clear titles, descriptions or headings

Keeping Patient Details Off the Website

I set up website forms to ask only for what you need to call someone back, not medical history. If your practice software has its own online forms or booking page, I'll link to it or embed it so patient records stay in your system.

How It Works

1

Free Call

Tell me about your practice, the patients you want more of and how booking works today (15–30 min)

2

Design & Build

I build the site and set up SEO, and you review it before launch (about 3–4 weeks for a typical practice site)

3

Launch & Care

The site goes live. You can update it yourself, or I can look after it on a care plan

Let's Talk About Your Practice's Website

Book a free 15–30 minute call. I'll look at your current site and tell you what I'd change first.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should a dental practice website include?
The pages new patients look for most: the treatments you offer, the insurance plans you accept, your dentists and staff, your location and hours, and a clear way to book. I build each treatment as its own page, so someone searching for aligners or an emergency appointment can find the right page directly.
Can patients book appointments on my website?
Yes. If your practice already has an online booking page or patient forms through your practice software, I link to it or embed it on your site so records stay in your system. If you don't, I can set up a simple appointment request form or a booking tool such as Wix Bookings. I don't build connections into practice management software itself.
How do you handle patient privacy on website forms?
I keep website forms to the basics you need to call someone back, such as name, phone number and preferred time, and leave out medical questions. Anything clinical stays in your practice's own systems. You should still check your own privacy obligations, but this keeps sensitive details off the website.
